Meggi Lashes has brought its popular vending machines to the South

Meggi Lashes' popular vending machines have made their way to the South so that everyone can feel glam at the click of a button.

The machines will sell eyelashes and other beauty essentials from the small but quickly-growing business.

Founded by Meggie Morgan two years ago, the young CEO and new mum was keen to find affordable lashes after she moved from Dudley to Spain. She decided to create her own which became a success across the pond, before deciding to sell in the UK.

Coming up with the innovative vending machine idea reinvented the way beauty products are sold, and she now has 17 vending machines located throughout the UK.

The new Southern locations are Westfield, London, Westfield, Stratford, and Lakeside, Essex - where many customers will already be doing their beauty-supply shopping. Meggi Lashes' empire of easy-to-buy lashes sees other machines located in Glasgow, Liverpool, Dudley, Birmingham, Middlesbrough, Doncaster, Coventry, Warrington, Wigan, Bristol and Manchester.

The 22-year-old's lashes start from £2.99 and there are around 100 lash styles available, as well as other products such as lip-glosses and beauty blenders.

Meggie said: "Whilst living in Spain, I found it really difficult to get affordable false eyelashes and decided I would create some of my own. With little knowledge on running a business, I started with just £300 and an ambition to make a dent in the small independent beauty business.

"I started supplying in both Spain and the UK and fast forward two years later, Meggi Lashes has achieved a lot - 17 eyelash vending machines in some of the busiest locations in the country, with six more launching in the coming weeks and no plans to stop, a mobile vending machine that we use for marketing and my pride and joy - a fully customised pink van - similar to an ice cream van - that we tour around the country at events and shopping centres. Not to mention 100m likes and 721,000 followers on TikTok and 124,000 followers on Instagram.
